Sample Invitations
If you live locally (Downpatrick area), you can arrange a personal home viewing of the full collection, including ribbon and card colour swatches. Alternatively, you can order a personalised sample invitation via email or telephone.

Samples can be paid for by cheque or Paypal. Please allow 2 weeks.
Ordering Invitations
1. Choose Design
After receiving a sample and agreeing on a final design, please email me the items and quantities you need and any printing services you would like (guest names/addresses). You will receive an estimate for the total cost.
2. Finalise Wording
Finalise the wording of your invitation inserts. This will then be sent to you to proofread, along with your order specification to be signed and returned. You can make any changes to your order at this point.
3. Pay Deposit
A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required before work can begin on your order.
4. Confirm Order
When the deposit is received, you will then receive an order confirmation by email. Your order is not confirmed, nor will work begin until the deposit is received.
5. Supply Guest Names
If you are opting for guest name printing/address printing, you will be emailed an excel spreadsheet to be typed and returned.
6. Pay Balance
You will be notified when your order is ready to be delivered. The posting and packing charge will be added to the amount owed, or alternatively you may collect the order. Goods will not be dispatched until the remaining balance is received.
Invitations
One invitation per couple, single adult or per family if they have young children.
If you are inviting all of your colleagues to the evening reception, it acceptable to give only one evening invitation to your workplace. Individual invitations should be given if they are invited to the whole day.
Order of Service
In theory, every adult at your ceremony should have an Order of Service. However, it is common practice to order less, e.g. one between two people.
Thank You Cards
You may not know until after your wedding how many you need, but do order a sample beforehand. That way you will be a step ahead and your guests will appreciate receiving their thank you cards within a few months of your wedding.
Accessories
Your venue may offer to include items such as printed menus and a table plan in your wedding package. However, you may want to order something a bit more personalised to match your invitations. Here is a list of accessories you may need for your reception:
